As VP of Sales and Marketing, I have a unique perspective to the world of an on the road rep. Up until five years ago, I had spent 13 years as a regional, independent rep. I understand what my sales professionals need from "the home office" to make your life easier. You will call me, more than I'll call you. I need a sales professional who understands customer service (first) AND "closing" the deal. Bottom line, many of our reps have been with us for years, even decades. We do not churn through reps. We ship ON TIME, and complete - a rarity in this day and age of big, publicly traded "golf" companies. We stock basic goods like no one else and everything we offer is open stock, no minimums. Aureus is the ONLY line you can sell to every course in your territory. If you like a long term relationship and hefty commission checks paid ON TIME, please contact me. We pay 10% straight commission, paid by the 25th of the month following shipment. We also pay 15% on all new account's first order to help you get started. Samples are billed at 50% off but not charged to your account for at least 12-18 months (initial sample set costs are less than $2,500). All samples are also returnable for 100% credit. Up to $1,000 of show expenses are reimbursed. We also offer a 1% performance bonus on total sales.
